The United States continues to tighten regulations on disinfection equipment. Under the FIFRA, such products claiming disinfection efficacy are classified as pesticide devices. All exporters must complete EPA establishment registration.
U.S. Customs has recently stepped up inspection frequency. Shipments lacking valid registration documentation face immediate detention. At the same time, cross-border e-commerce platforms have simultaneously implemented stricter review standards.
